토지가격 상승세, 그러나 수요는 감소(2016.11.15)[Ceskatelevize]
Ceny pozemků rostou, poptávka po nich ale neklesá
체코에서 아파트, 단독주택 그리고 토지의 시장 가격이 3분기에 상승세를 이어가고 있다. 전년 동기 대비 남 모라비아, 남 보헤미아, 중앙 보헤미아 그리고 프라하에서의 아파트 가격이 가장 증가하였다. 토지의 가격 또한 두드러지게 증가하였으며 단독주택의 가격 증가세가 그 뒤를 이었다.
Land prices continue to rise, the demand, however, is not decreasing.
The current market prices of apartments, single-family detached houses, and land in the Czech Republic continued to grow in the third quarter. In year-to-year comparison, the price of apartments in South Moravia, South Bohemia, Central Bohemia and Prague has increased the most.
